“Bad location and horrible route. Front staff did not know anything and were uncoopoerative”

“Perfectly fine budget hotel. Check-in counter is on the first floor, not the ground floor. Decent hotel for a quick in-and-out kind of stay. ”

“The hotel staff didn’t acknowledge hotels.com booking. The staff doesn’t speak English and didn’t know how to even look up the booking with the itinerary number we provided. We had to find another hotel at 10pm.”

“It was only ok...average”
